Flip Hacking Live 2022
In October of 2021, I attended my first in person Flip Hacking Live event in Orlando, Florida. Flip Hacking Live is an event put on by 7 Figure Flipping, a real estate investment company that provides coaching, training, resources and an extensive network to help real estate investors grow their companies. At this event, I watched speakers talk about their tactics and mindset and absorbed a ton of information to use in our business. Then, they presented awards for folks that had grown their businesses in amazing ways and acknowledged that achievement on stage. It was at that moment, I set a goal: I will be on stage next year speaking and receiving one of those awards. This summer, the team at 7 Figure Flipping reached out to Preston and I, asking us if we were interested in speaking at the event to talk about our journey and the success we have found while utilizing this program. We were absolutely pumped! This was the call I had been manifesting and we were dreaming about and building toward. So, we accepted immediately and began preparing for our speech.
The message we wanted to convey was simple: we wouldn't be at this point in our business without the help and guidance from our colleagues at 7 Figure Flipping. Everyone needs a good coach and for years we thought we could build our business without one. When we made the decision to get coaching, our projects expanded from two in one year, to ten. It's Gettin' Hot in Here!
The Hart & Home Team recently had a team building exercise (pun intended) at Empower Yoga in Wauwatosa. Yoga has been a practice of mine for 15 years now and something I wanted to share with the team. While Yoga does amazing things for the body, I find the most beneficial aspects of it to be the mind, heart, and breath connection. Yoga provides the space for deep meditative practice while nourishing every muscle and fiber in the body.
We had a wonderful time together stretching, sweating, and centering ourselves. We will definitely continue to have more team building events that focus on our passions, what we want to share with the world, and connecting with each other. Namaste.

Our first condo renovation is almost wrapped up! A few finishing touches and we are ready for market. This one received quite the renovation. We tried to keep it light but couldn't help ourselves. Beautiful condo with tons of space and rare three bedrooms!
Community Open House Recap! - "Norwich"
Oh what a night! Our Community Open House at our Norwich project was so much fun! We had our entire team there, a live music performance from Orlando Pena, multiple members of the 53207 community, delicious pizza, and even celebrated Sawyer's 3rd Birthday! The event featured tours of the property as well, showcasing the work performed so far and what to expect in the coming weeks. While it did get a little chilly as the night wore on, spirits were high with yard games, dancing, and of course some seasonal craft beers. We love this neighborhood and can't wait to have everyone back to see the finished product. One of the most powerful speeches I have ever seen happened at Flip Hacking Live 2022 by Nick Santonastasso. I was familiar with him visually but had never heard him speak. I was blown away.
